Mr Coach has recently been commissioned for a number of certified translations for legal and academic purposes. These included documents such as birth certificates, divorce decrees, university diplomas and transcripts. Stephan approached us with a series of technical manuals on packaging machinery and equipment for one of his global clients. The documentation was to be translated into Polish but there were some issues identified with the consistency of terminology used as well as a few errors and formatting problems in the original English version. In this project, we supported a small US-based e-commerce business with copywriting and translations of their product and website content which included product descriptions, promotional material as well as blog articles. Witold occasionally approaches us for help in writing and translating correspondence and other paperwork regarding his employment and contractual matters. As a seaman, he deals with agencies in Poland but the merchant fleet management staff he works with are mainly native English-speaking personnel. While his job-related, technical English skills are very good, Witold sometimes struggled with making his business communications sound absolutely clear, professional, and culturally appropriate, especially on sensitive issues such as asking for a pay increase. Leszek (and multiple other similar individual clients) asked Mr Coach to write and/or translate several different types of documents for emigration and settlement, social welfare and benefits, as well as employment-related purposes. Documents, both in Polish and English, included birth certificates, applications and covering letters, resumes, diplomas and certificates, tax returns and other similar items. We successfully provided our clients with both certified and standard translations of the aforementioned documents as well as copy-writing, editing and CV writing services.

Albert brought Mr Coach on board an IT integration start-up based in Poland as an international marketing and communications consultant.
